Fundraise

Fundraise for Mikeysline

From morning walking to tea-time talking, we couldn’t provide our lifeline services without your support.

Get involved as a fundraiser
With so many fun and creative ways to fundraise, you can help raise money to support those struggling with their mental health.

  • Walk, Run, Swim or Cycle Whatever your pace, set a challenge for you/your family/colleagues/classmates and sign-up sponsors. What better way to get in those daily steps than with the knowledge that with every stride you’re one step closer to helping someone in need
  • Go team! Kick-off with a football match with the goal to raise money or line up your rugby team to “tackle” mental health issues with a fundraising drive. Even the office team can work together to make a difference
  • Virtual Fundraising  A virtual quiz night or a living room DJ set without having to leave the comfort of your home! Raising money for Mikeysline couldn’t be easier
  • Celebration Giving  Asking for donations to Mikeysline in lieu of gifts for your birthday, wedding or anniversary is a great way to inspire friends and family to support those who need it the most

How does fundraising help?

£5

Could fund a support call from someone in need of help.

£15

Will help fund a 1:1 session in one of our locally based Hives.

£20

Would go towards the annual cost of the software and IT systems we need to operate our helpline.

£50

Can help fund promotional materials, enabling us to reach more people in need of support.

£250

Could train a new support volunteer.

£1000

Would help cover the costs of our face-to-face pupil support visits in local secondary schools.

Youth Philanthropy Initiative (YPI)

The Youth Philanthropy Initiative (YPI) is a small presentation your group will put together to bid for £3000 for your chosen charity.

We’ll use the £3000 in your area to help spread awareness of our support services. It could be a local kindness cupboard, reflection benches in your community or funding a support worker in your school. Be assured every penny will be used to promote better mental health and wellbeing.
